Truffle Farm & Lunch

Giuseppe’s Cooking School at Mister Bianco will be transformed to a truffle farm with soil, trees and a truffle hunt.

The set sharing menu will include antipasti, truffle pasta and risotto, delicious Porchetta and cannoli to finish – accompanied by wine and coffee. It will be perfect for escaping the cold and enjoying time with family and friends.

You will also be able to experience the truffle farm and meet truffle farmer Robert Utter of Buxton Truffles and his dog to learn about the growing and hunting process before watching the truffle dog find a truffle. All in the comfort of the restaurant.
