THE TRUFFLE FOREST AT MISTER BIANCO

From 7-30 August, dine in the midst of a real-life truffle farm at Bianchetto, complete with leafy tree-scapes, mossy mounds and winter foliage.

Buxton Black Truffles’ Robert Utter and his trusty Brittany Spaniel, Clara, will be on hand to help unearth fresh truffles, available to weigh, purchase for home, or enjoy as an extra shaving over your meal.

Throughout the month, we’ll exclusively be serving a five-course truffle degustation menu, with an optional wine pairing featuring premium local and Italian drops.
