The Art of Dining: Through the Lens

Prepare yourself for a feast for the senses.

We invite you to experience a memorable dinner that combines fine food, drinks and exquisite photography. The Art of Dining: Through the Lens is an immersive event creating a feast for the senses. Five works of art by celebrated Melbourne photographer Kristoffer Paulsen will be exhibited in the restaurant, each one interpreted on the night on the plate by chef Joseph Vargetto in a sublime five-course meal with matching cocktails and wine.

Guests will be invited to wear an eye mask for one of the courses to heighten the senses further.
