Ciao Cha Dining Experience Rolls into Mister Bianco

Showcasing the warmth of Sicilian hospitality through a fun yum-cha-inspired experience, Mister Bianco will host a Ciao Cha dining every Tuesday evening from 13 October.

Appealing to diners who want a taste of everything in the kitchen, a sequence of dishes showcasing Mister Bianco’s delicious flavours will be delivered right to their table via roaming trolleys throughout the evening. It’s the perfect excuse for people to organise those mid-week catch ups with friends, family and colleagues.

The 90-minute sessions across two sittings, 6pm and 7:45, will feature eight to ten tastes – including bread, antipasti, fried bites, pasta, a main and dessert – for just $69 per person.

Ciao Cha at Mister Bianco will serve this progressive selection of Italian and Sicilian dishes on beautifully presented trolleys, while guests enjoy upbeat modern Italian music, and learn about the food, region origin and ingredients.

To keep the experience fresh and exciting, the dishes will change weekly to feature ingredients of the season, giving diners a reason to return time and again to taste what else Chef/Owner Joe Vargetto has up his sleeves.

The menu will include a rotating selection of antipasti such as Caponata Siciliana (sweet-and-sour eggplant. tomato. celery, capers and green olives), Baccalà Mantecato (warm whipped salt cod with crisp crostini) and Tonno alla Zingara (yellowfin tuna, green chilli salsa, fennel, green apple, finger lime and bottarga), will be followed by fried bites such as Arancini al Ragù and Panelle (Sicilian chickpea fritters with lemon and pecorino).

The call of “Pasta! Pasta!” will announce the next course arriving on the trolleys, with Mister Bianco’s handmade pasta sure to delight tastebuds. Carrello d’Or will be the star of the evening. The signature special may include Porchetta (slow roasted pork with crisp crackling, salsa verde and grilled focaccia, accompanied by a Contorni seasonal side.

The arrival of the dessert trolley will conclude the experience.
