Charlie Brings the Fire to Mister Bianco is a one-night dining experience built around open flame cooking, generous shared hospitality and the beautiful produce of the Yarra Valley.
Hosted alongside our friends from Zonzo Estate, the evening will feature paired wines with commentary throughout the dinner, celebrating varietals and stories that reflect the character, warmth and landscape of the region.
The menu, created by Joe Vargetto, draws inspiration from wood fire, smoke, Sicilian flavours and cool-season produce — combining refined cooking with the relaxed spirit of a long table shared among friends.
We are also exploring a creative collaboration with Philippa from Art to Art, curating a sympathetic artwork or painting for the evening, bringing together food, wine, fire and art in one immersive experience.
Yarra Valley Dairy will also feature throughout the menu, celebrating exceptional local cheese and regional craftsmanship.
Guests will also receive a take-home gift bag featuring a limoncello spritz to enjoy at home.
