Mister Bianco will be serving up the ultimate winter warmer these colder months available on Tuesday’s from 1st July.
A two course meal that starts with a delicious selection of Antipasti and the Main Event is a rich and flavourful charcoal chicken, expertly cooked over red gum wood in the traditional Italian style of Pollo al Mattone.
Pollo al Mattone translates to “Chicken under a brick” and refers to the cooking method – Whole chicken is cooked while being placed under under a hot heavy weight, often a terracotta brick.
The Arum Poultry Co 100 Days Slow Grown Pullet chicken is served with a Sicilian salmoriglio sauce.
